IC Realtime - FUSION Series XVR - Invalid Camera Format

If you experience the Invalid Camera Format message on FUSION-5x3 or 5x4 series, you most likely have different camera formats on the same BNC channel AD (Analogue-Digital) chip.

If you connect two channels in the 2X mode to separate SD and HD cameras, the channel live view will show "Invalid camera video format."

For example, if channel 1 is linked to CVBS and channel 2 is connected to a CVI 4K@15fps camera, channel 2 will display the message "Invalid camera video format."

To avoid this issue when combining standard definition with certain high-definition formats, it is advisable not to use the 2 channels in the 2X mode.
